for the Нейроцентр mobile application

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) defines the procedure for collecting, storing, using, and disclosing personal data of users of the Нейроцентр mobile application (the “Application”).

1.2. By using the Application, you confirm your acceptance of this Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Application.

1.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

2. DATA WE COLLECT

2.1. Data provided by the user

Account data

• unique user identifier;
• device identifier.

User content

• text requests (prompts);
• uploaded images;
• generated images;
• generated videos;
• generation history.

2.2. Payment data

When subscribing or purchasing digital services:

• bank card data is processed exclusively by Robokassa LLC, the payment aggregator, or by the Google Play and Apple App Store application stores;
• we do not receive, process, or store users’ bank card data.

2.3. Technical data

We may automatically receive:

• device type;
• device model;
• operating system version;
• interface language;
• region;
• IP address, where necessary;
• application usage logs;
• the number of Image Tokens and Video Tokens used.

2.4. Automatically collected data

During use of the Application, the following are automatically collected:

• diagnostic data;
• error information;
• Application performance information;
• technical information required to ensure stable operation of the service.

3. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal data is used exclusively for:

• AI-powered image generation;
• video generation;
• processing text requests;
• processing user-uploaded images;
• storing generation history;
• providing access to the Нейроцентр PRO subscription;
• accounting for Image Tokens and Video Tokens;
• providing technical support;
• improving Application performance;
• preventing fraud and abuse;
• complying with applicable law.

4. DISCLOSURE OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

4.1. We may disclose data to the following recipient categories

Payment services

• Robokassa LLC, for processing payments from users in the Russian Federation;
• Google Play Billing;
• Apple In-App Purchases.

Only information necessary to process the payment is disclosed.

AI providers

Third-party AI services, including Kling models and other image and video generation services, may be used to perform generation.

The following may be disclosed:

• text requests;
• user images;
• generation parameters.

Cloud services

They are used to store user data and ensure the operation of the Application.

Government authorities

In cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. DATA STORAGE AND PROTECTION

5.1. User data is hosted on secure servers.

5.2. To ensure security, we use:

• encryption of transmitted data;
• restricted access to information;
• security monitoring tools;
• technical measures protecting against unauthorized access.

5.3. Retention period

Generation history and user-created content: up to 90 days.
Account data: up to 36 months.
User payment data is not stored.

6. USER RIGHTS

The user has the right to:

• request information about processed personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate data;
• request deletion of personal data;
• withdraw consent to personal data processing.

Requests must be sent to nowaka67@op.pl.

Requests are reviewed within 30 calendar days.

Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing may make continued use of certain Application features impossible.

7. LOCAL DATA STORAGE

The Application may use local device storage to store:

• authorization settings;
• user settings;
• technical data required for proper operation of the Application.

8. CHILDREN

The Нейроцентр Application is not intended for use by persons under 18 years of age.

9. CHANGES TO THE POLICY

9.1. We may amend this Policy.

9.2. The current version of the Policy is published:

• in the mobile application;
• on the official website.
